I had wanted to see this show since 1992

We live in a very nice city south of Birmingham, Alabama with amazing schools. The beach is a drive very reasonable and we don't really get overly harsh winter conditions very often. Who doesn't like a road trip now and again, though, right? The man is happy and it shows in everything that he does. When I saw that we could go see Escape to Margaritaville live a mere 5 hours away, we didn't hesitate to jump at the opportunity - and man are we glad that we did. One of the highlights, for us, at least, was his performance of Still In Love while the video screens showed footage from his wedding. I was there in the beginning for this guy and had bought everything he ever released. I've been to A LOT of concerts, but I honestly can't recall being more excited for a show and he didn't disappoint. That's probably one of the reasons why this show was just SO MUCH FUN. Singing along with one of the smoothest voices of this or any other generation to every single song he performed was just incredible. It's infectious. Just silky vocals, a fun and very engaging personality which resulted in instant crown connection and a whole lot of fantastic music. Great show. I would be willing to be a full month's salary that this guy has never been off key or had his voice crack. If you get the chance to see it - GO. You will not regret it. The apparent trade-off to that is that many, if not most, of the shows that we really want to see don't come here.
